公司回复称，公司车灯模组目前基本处于满产的状态，主要客户包括理想、福特、日产、长安、吉利、奇瑞等。公司今年定增其中一个募投项目是车灯模组生产建设，经测算，该项目达产后，预计新增营业收入6.4亿元，将大幅提升公司车灯模组的产能。
公司回复称，随着新能源汽车的发展和技术的进步，车灯市场规模持续扩大。目前，外资/合资车灯企业市场占有率仍比较高，但随着国内新能源汽车企业的崛起及国内车灯产业链上中下游企业研发能力的提升，国内车灯企业以其较高的性价比逐步切入汽车企业供应链，国内车灯企业迎来了较好的发展机遇。
公司回复称，将车灯由传统的照明功能向数字化、智能化和交互性升级， 为客户带来更安全、更智能、更高品质、更人性化的驾驶体验， 不断提高中高端车灯市场份额。
南宁燎旺深耕行业几十年，积累了丰富的经验，特别是在大尺寸产品及成本控制上具有较强的优势。公司拥有产业链一体化平台，助力南宁燎旺在智能化，交互化等新技术领域的进一步 拓展与融合。
