徐涛，男，2009年毕业于中北大学，毕业至今一直就职于重庆长安汽车股份有限公司，主要从事汽车灯具设计开发工作及汽车灯具相关的标准法规研究，如参与了ISO TS 5385防雾涂层的制修订。
