3D热弯玻璃成型工艺


PART.01



热压成型


国显车载3D曲面盖板制作工艺解析

通过将玻璃加热到软化点(600~700℃),产品放入光滑下模具内,通过上模具向玻璃施加作用力使其弯曲成型,然后经过冷却固定形状。

Advantage:制程节拍快,成型效率高,成型外形稳定,适合大规模量产;

劣势:通过压力成型,表面残留模印,需要抛光处理。

热重力成型

通过将玻璃加热到接近融化(600~700℃),利用玻璃自重,玻璃在长时间的软化后贴覆在模具上,再通过冷却固化即可得到3D玻璃。

Advantage:利用了玻璃自重成型,产品不受外力明显作用,因此表面光滑,无需再进行抛光处理。良率相对较高。

劣势:产品周期长,制程节拍较慢,生产效率有限,适合小批量生产。

3D塑料盖板成型工艺

注塑成型:

通过将热塑性材料注入特定模具中,经过冷却和固化形成产品。

优势:可成型复杂曲面、复杂孔造型,工艺简单,成本低。

劣势:成型品质不稳定,精度不高。相较玻璃成型,表面硬度低。

IML成型:

把油墨印刷在Film上,将丝印有图案的Film放在塑胶模具里进行注塑。此外还有IMR、IMF、IMT等,在制程流程上与IML有细微差别。目前,我们公司采用IML成型技术,具有以下优势:

1. 高度定制化:IML成型可以在注塑过程中直接在产品上添加丰富的图案和标识,以满足不同需求的个性化定制,提升产品的美观性和品牌形象。


2. 耐久性:IML标签与塑胶产品相互融合,不易剥离或磨损,使产品能够长时间保持图案和标识的清晰度和稳定性。


3、提高生产效率:IML成型可以实现高速连续生产,减少了产品处理和运输的时间,提高了生产效率和产能。


4、环保可持续:IML成型使用的材料和技术符合环保标准,可以减少对环境的影响。此外,IML成型还可以回收利用废弃的Film和模具,实现资源的循环利用。
