什么是plasma等离子处理?

等离子体是物质的一种存在状态,通常物质以固态、液态、气态3种状态存在,但在一些特殊的情况下可以以第四种状态存在,如太阳表面的物质和地球大气电离层中的物质。这类物质所处的状态称为等离子体状态,又称为物质的第四态。

 

 

而plasma等离子处理就是在高压电源的作用下,使得压缩空气、氧气等气体在大气环境中电离产生等离子体,并直接作用在产品表面进行轰击清洗。起作用在于提升被处理表面的活化能,提高产品润湿性能,从而提升其表面附着力。
