奔驰系列电致变色自动防眩目后视镜按原厂1:1模具设计和生产,可完全替换原厂无防眩目功能镜片,保留原车电加热功能。产品可根据后方光线强弱,自动调节镜子反射率,避免驾驶人员受强光刺激。

防眩目原理

防眩目后视镜由一面特殊的镜子和2个光敏二级管及电子控制器组成。光敏二级管感应到后方车辆的远光灯信号后,转换成电信号传送到电子控制器,电子控制器将输出一定值的电压到镜子的导电层上,从而改变镜子内导电液离子浓度,离子深度越大,镜子颜色越深,反射率减小,强光经过镜子反射之后,光线变弱,不再刺眼。当后方强光消失之后,电子控制器停止给导电液供电,镜子逐渐恢复到原来的反射率。

①防眩目镜片由多层结构组成,外面是两层透明镜片玻璃,玻璃内侧涂有透明导电层,导电层之间夹着一层电子变色材料。
②无强光照射时,电子变色材料中的正负电子是无规则排列的,因而也是无色透明的。

①有强光照射时,传感器感应到强光后,控制电路会自动给电子变色材料层施加一定电压,正负电子就向两侧聚集,从而使一侧带负电,另一侧带正电,这时两侧的颜色会因离子浓度变化而变化,从无色透明的状态变成不同的深颜色。
②颜色变深之后,防眩目镜片反射率就会降低,强光反射后就会减弱。
