一、公司介绍
比亚迪半导体股份有限公司成立于2004年10月，是国内领先的高效、智能、集成新型半导体企业。主要从事功率半导体、智能控制IC、智能传感器、光电半导体、制造及服务。
覆盖了对电、光、磁等信号的感应、处理及控制，产品市场应用前景广阔。公司以车规级半导体为核心，产品已基本覆盖新能源汽车核心应用领域，同步推动工业、家电、新能源、消费电子等领域的半导体业务发展。
在光电半导体领域，比亚迪半导体自2003年起就致力于光电半导体产品的研发与生产拥有完整的LED全产业链，产品覆盖LED外延、芯片、封装及应用。同时，公司还大力发展光电模组产品、智能安防监控以及系列汽车安全驾驶辅助产品及系统。
随着LED技术的不断发展，比亚迪半导体全力拓展自主研发LED光源在汽车上的应用。在现有车用中大功率LED光源技术的基础上横向探索，致力于红外/紫外/UV/智能大灯ADB等光源研发，实现可见光及不可见光产品全面覆盖。现车规级LED光源累计装车量遥遥领先，汽车前装市场位列国内领先水平。在光电半导体领域，比亚迪半导体是国内少数能量产前装车规级LED光源的半导体厂商。

基于LED光源技术，比亚迪半导体大力发展LED应用产品，目前拥有LED智能显示、LED车载显示、LED智慧照明三大核心业务模块，近年成功开发并量产LED摩托车前大灯、车载前装显示屏以及户外P2.0车载显示屏等多款产品，并先后获得“广东省名牌产品”“广东省高新技术产品”等荣誉。

4、车规级 - 其他系列
超小尺寸，高发光强度，提高设计灵活性。
