11月13日，北汽集团与国汽（北京）智能网联汽车研究院有限公司（简称“国汽智联”）签署战略合作框架协议，在高级别自动驾驶、智能网联等方面进行深入合作。北汽集团总经理张夕勇、国汽智联执行主任张进华出席签约仪式，北汽集团副总经理巩月琼、国汽智联常务副主任郑继虎代表双方签约。

根据协议，双方拟在五个方向开展深入合作，包括：面向高级别自动驾驶的场景库建设，仿真测试验证、用户体验评测标准体系建设，新一代自动驾驶平台技术集成及功能验证，ICV智能网联汽车准入应对工作、政策研究，智能网联新技术行业洞察、发展趋势研究。

2019年经工业和信息化部批准，国汽智联组建国家智能网联汽车创新中心，这是我国智能网联汽车领域首家国家级制造业创新中心。中心聚集国内外高端专业人才，围绕建设国家智库、研发共性技术、搭建服务平台、营造创新生态、研发成果转化等开展核心工作，持续高效引领和支撑行业发展，提升我国智能网联汽车及相关产业在全球价值链中的地位。

近年来，北汽集团大力推动资源优化整合和核心能力再造，超前谋划布局新能源汽车产业，积极开展智能网联、大数据等前瞻技术研究和产业化探索，打造自主品牌核心竞争力，深入推进从传统制造型企业向制造服务型和创新型企业的战略转型。

双方将建立合作对接机制，开展紧密交流合作，创新合作模式与机制，促进双方研发能力提升，推动双方战略合作执行落地与纵深发展。

北汽集团领导刘宇、陈宏良，国汽智联常务副主任严刚、副主任公维洁、副主任陈桂祥，双方相关企业和部门负责人参会。会前，双方参观了极狐超充站，体验极狐全系车型。

OEMs, supporting suppliers, light sources, semiconductors, materials, equipment and other companies are welcome to join the WeChat group.
