The YX8265 controller integrates control and drive and is compatible with Si/GaN power tubes.Both input and output support a range of up to 65V, and integrate current sampling on the high-voltage side, integrated analog voltage and PWM high-precision dimming, and integrated functional safety units to protect and alarm for LED open circuit and LED short circuit.
