OLED 车载屏如何满足车规 BlackMura 均匀性测试标准?

作为车载显示,BlackMURA 车载均匀性测试标准已经在行业应用10多年,主要测试内容为黑白画面的均匀性,以及黑画面下的相对梯度值。

当使用该标准测试 OLED 时,面临一个基本的问题,OLED的黑态画面亮度极低,一来测试本身难以进行,同时,测试结果并无特别的实际意义。因此需要针对 OLED产品做出一定的补充说明。

2022 年4月11日,Display Specification for Automotive Application - OLED relevant topics 作为 Display Specification for Automotive Application 的附件发布,为 OLED 显示产品在车载显示领域的应用,提供了权威的测试规格。

均匀性测试

在大家关注均匀性测试部分,BlackMURA标准中定义的黑画面改为深灰(Deep Grey) 画面,要求亮度在 3-7 cd/m2,具体规格要求如下:

  • 白画面均匀性:≥ 75%

  • 深灰画面均匀性:≥ 50 %

  • 深灰MURA相对梯度值:  Z(α,relB,max) ≤ 8% /mm

     

相关测试方法及定义与BlackMURA 1.3 标准相同

测试条件:环境温度:85°C 高温耐候测试, 参考
