在智能座舱中，传统的按键表面会变成集装饰、触控、灯光等多种要素为一体，这个就是我们常说的智能表面。这种表面具备更舒适的使用体验、充满未来感的科技要素。为顺应这些变化，相关供应商都在不断研发、更替自家的工艺技术。
日写IMD，可根据客户要求再现木纹、发纹、几何色调等多种设计
IMD（In – mold Decoration）即模内装饰技术，通过薄膜在模具内注塑成型，是当下车内装饰件的主要成型工艺之一。日写是最早进行薄膜装饰技术研发的企业之一，其方案主要分为两种：卷对卷连续生产的IMD（很多厂商将之称为IMR工艺）；以及模内贴标IML ( In – mold Labeling )。二者的差别在于成型后最外层的载体薄膜是去除还是保留。

具备真实材料触感的IMD产品
模内装饰技术以成型快、效率高而被广泛应用在汽车内外饰件的生产，但这种工业化产品有一个天然劣势就是其产品的表面都是统一的薄膜表面。相较于真木、真铝等真实材质具备的特殊纹理、凹凸触感，IMD产品会给消费者造成单一而太过普通的塑料感。
而通过日写的印刷技术和薄膜处理工艺，最终可以在产品表面添加各种纹理和触感。这种方案可以避免塑胶外观的廉价感，从而大大的提升模内注塑产品的附加价值。
以日写可以实现如婴儿皮肤般柔软触感的膜片为例，膜片最外层并不是传统方案的高光表面，而是添加了凹凸不平的纹理，来更好的模拟真实触感。
此外，通过与带纹理的模具组合，还可以进一步提高纹理的表现力。可以表达更逼真的质感。
以上技术可以说是十分接近真实材料，但还是无法复制真实材料的体验感。因此日写也在研发直接将木材、布料和合成皮革等真实材料引入到IMD加工而非单纯的装饰膜。

除了以上改变IMD传统塑料质感的方案外，日写在提升产品科技属性方面也有着很多创新。
日写整合IMD/IML与装饰表面的demo案例
随着新能源汽车的流行，车内开始出现越来越多的显示屏，如何将屏一体化集成在车内装饰件中是大家十分关注的点。
透明树脂与设计的结合是日写IMD/IML最擅长的事情之一，日写将IMD/IML技术升级成IME，采用IML方案，通过对触摸开关等的电极膜进行嵌件成型，形成三维形状的电路。使得在透明树脂上形成 3D 电路成为可能。
日写这种结合显示屏的隐藏式显示设计方案的IMD工艺可以实现多种表面如木纹、金属、皮革和织物等。
